We believe in our products – with expert craftsmanship and cutting-edge design, they are made to last – but in the rare instances where something goes wrong, we’ve got your back. No two products are the same and not all products have the same lifespan, but all our products come with an 1 year warranty.


The Fine Print:


The Waycase Warranty relates to manufacturing and workmanship. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from:  

  • Installation or application failures
  • Daily wear-and-tear (including cosmetic damage and natural yellowing of clear cases)
  • Drops and falls
  • Liquid damage
  • Intentional modifications or third-party repairs
  • Items not sold by us or our authorised resellers
  • Theft or loss of the product
  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product
  • Damage caused by poor storage, burns, solvents, animals, varying environments, exposure to extreme temperatures or natural phenomena


PLEASE NOTE:

  • Our warranty only applies to an original, purchased item. Any product which has already been issued as a warranty replacement is not subject to the same policy and will not be replaced again.  
  • It is not possible to claim a warranty replacement for any product which has previously been refunded for any reason. 
  • The quality of any items should be checked when they arrive – contact us immediately if you have any concerns.  
  • When contacting us about any warranty claims, you will need to attach at least one high-resolution photo/video clearly showing the defect. If your complaint is deemed to be valid, we will then replace the item, with a new product of the same model and style. 
  • If an exact replacement is unavailable when a claim is approved, an alternative product or solution may be offered at Waycase's discretion. This won’t include refunds. 
  • If your product was gifted to you, please note that we will need to match your claim to the original order in our system, using either the order number or the buyer’s details. 
  • Promotional items (those sent for the purpose of carrying out reviews, videos, etc.) and complimentary items (those sent by our Customer Experience team as a goodwill exception) are not covered by this warranty.  

 *If using our MagSafe® Compatible Magnetic Phone Ring and Stand, we recommend wiping the ring and phone/case surface regularly to prevent the build-up of debris (e.g. dust, grit or lint particles – especially those with a metallic content which would magnetise to the ring) as this could cause the phone/case to scratch or scuff over time. We recommend using this product with non-leather phone cases and please be aware that using this product without a phone case could increase the risk of your phone glass scratching. 


WayCase does not assume liability for any device damage which may occur while our products are in use.

WayCase Limited reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party, to modify, suspend or terminate this warranty. 


The latest phone case model of iPhone available in our store is the iPhone 16. We offer all variants of the iPhone 16, including the Plus, Pro, and Pro Max.

Yes, all our MagSafe™, MagSafe®, 360° Phone Cases work with wireless fast charging and MagSafe accessories.


We hate unnecessary packaging! We ship all of our orders in 100% plastic-free mailers which are made from recycled cardboard. Our packaging is fully recyclable, to contribute to our aim of having a minimal impact upon the planet.


If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong delivery address please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange for it to be updated.

Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped we’re unable to amend the delivery address.


Once you’ve placed an order, you should receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. If you don’t receive one, please check your spam/junk folder. Then, if you still can’t find it, please get in touch.


Mistakes sometimes happen! If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team and we will be able to advise of the next steps. 


We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, Union Pay and Paypal.


We only deliver in the UK.


We use UK STANDARD delivery which takes 3-5 working days from dispatch.


If your order will fit through a letterbox / postbox then Royal Mail will deliver this to your delivery address. If this is not possible they will leave a card to inform you of how to obtain your order.


If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 10 working days since dispatch, then please drop us an email on support@waycase.co.uk

On the rare occasion that items are not delivered and have been lost in transit we will send out a replacement.

Please note - we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. It is the responsibility of the customer to give a complete and accurate delivery address to ensure safe delivery of the parcel is made.


To cancel an order, please email us on support@waycaseco.uk within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Unfortunately after 30 minutes we will not be able to cancel an order due to our speedy processing times.


In the unfortunate event, that you are not happy with your item, you have 14 days for it to be returned for a refund or exchange. The item returned must be inside the original packaging and unused condition. Please note that Waycase is unable to cover return item delivery costs.
